Once There By Air

An overwater approach with an upslope landing on the 3100' turf runway 15 is favored in most wind conditions, and taking off downhill on runway 33.

No fuel or services are available at Cavanaugh Bay, parking is available on both side of the turf runway.

Transportation available via friends.

The Cantina and Beach Bar is a summer eatery located at the Priest Lake Marina with a good food selection.

We've only visited with friends for day trips.

The Cavanaugh Bay airport provides great access to Priest Lake and is within walking distance to the nearby Tanglefoot Seaplane Base (D28).
