Fly a standard left pattern for runway 34, right pattern for runway 16. Pattern altitude is 1201' MSL (1024' AGL).
Visitor parking slots are available on the southwest airfield ramp. The pilot lounge is a very clean, modern facility, with a nice historical display in the lobby. When the building is locked, you can enter using the AWOS as a code to open the door. 100LL is available at an efficient self-service fuel pit island, with some of the best fuel prices in Washington state. Be alert for weekend glider activity in Spring, Summer and early Fall.
A courtesy car is available from the airport office.
The Riverside Bistro is located at the Riverside Golf Club, a short walk west of the fuel pumps across Airport Road. The Pantry Cafe in Mossyrock had a good selection of soup and sandwiches.
A Holiday Inn is located just east of the airport.
We've used the Chehalis airport as a base for visiting friends in the Mossyrock area, and the DeGoede Bulb Farm & Gardens.
