Pattern/Approach

Prevailing winds favor approaches to runways 26 or 31, with left patterns to both runways.

Parking and Fueling

Transient aircraft parking is available in the vicinity of the FBO/Terminal Building. Convenient self-serve 100LL is available near transient parking.

Transportion

A courtesy car is available on a first come basis, for 2-3 hour excursions. Rental cars are available from Hertz on the field and Enterprise off the field.

Dining

Bowpicker Fish and Chips is a fun food stop, sometimes busy during lunch hours. The restaurant at the Shelburne Inn in Long Beach, WA, across the Columbia River from Astoria, has been recommended, but we haven't dined there yet.
