Standard left patterns are used on all runways, either the 8002 foot long runway 03/21, or the 6501 foot long runway 12/30.

Parking and Fueling

Platinum Flight Center has ample parking on their expanded hard surfaced parking area.

Transportion

All major car rental agencies are available from Appleton.

Dining

We've used Appleton only as a base for Oshkosh during AirVenture, and not dined yet in Appleton.

Lodging

We've used Oshkosh group lodging in 2015.

To-Do

The Appleton airport is a great alternate base of operations for the EAA Oshkosh AirVenture each year. The EAA stages B-17 'Aluminum Overcast' from Appleton during the evenings of AirVenture.
