The Ephrata airport has a standard left pattern on runway 21, right pattern on runway 3. Runway 4/22 operations are for gliders only. Runway 11/29 is also available during strong crosswind conditions. Pattern altitude is 2100' MSL (825' AGL).
Powered aircraft parking is located on the ramp south of taxiway A2 and glider parking is north of A2. Self Service 100LL is available just south of the Port office across from Taxiway A2. The pilot's lounge is updated, has free wi-fi and a small museum.
A courtesy van is sometimes available through the airport office.
The Ephrata airport hosts the Seattle Glider Council and is home base for impressive eastern Washington soaring conditions.
