Runway 9 has a standard left pattern, right for runway 27. Arriving from the east, an approach from Bozeman to Canyon Ferry Lake sets up a nice straight-in to the 9000' long runway 27. The 4644' long runway 5/23 is also available, left pattern for runway 5 and right pattern for 23. MacDonald Pass and highway 12 provide a convenient route arriving or departing westbound.
