Once There By Air

From the north, you can expect a straight-in to runway 14. From the south, tower will often sequence you in for either a left or right pattern, depending on traffic. For an SFO Class Bravo crossing southbound, take off from KSTS and contact Oakland Center on 127.8 for flight following. Before you get to SFO Bravo you'll be turned over to NorCal Approach. Ask for Bravo clearance at 3500' or 5500', they will easily clear you and tell you to stay west of Highway 101, SFO and the Woodside VOR. Clearance by following the coastline near Half Moon Bay can also be given.
